We will confirm receipt of your request and initiate action within one business day. We’ll promptly provide you with the status of your request and the steps required to complete the process.
If approved, refunds will be issued to the original method of payment shortly after we receive and process the return. It may take up to 10 business days after we issue the refund for your bank to process the credit.
