The Electric Bike Company offers returns when initiated by the customer within 30 days of their receipt of the product, under the terms described below:
Terms
- Contact to initiate a return must be made within 30 days of receipt
- All models will incur a $600 restocking fee
- Bike must have less than fifty (50) miles on the odometer
- Bike must be free of any wear and tear, dirt, dust, fragrance, or any other signs of use
- Bike must be returned in the same packaging and condition in which it was received
- Return must include all items that were inside the box (charger, keys, alarm fobs, etc.) when the bike was received.
To initiate a return, please contact Ebike Boomers either by phone, at (855) 205-7700, or by email at info@ebikeboomers.com. We will confirm receipt of your request and initiate action within one business day. We’ll promptly provide you with the steps required to complete the return.
All refunds will be processed after the item has been received and inspected. Please note that any damages incurred to a returned bike will be deducted from the refund amount. A net value will be evaluated, and a refund will be issued within 5 - 7 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. It may take up to 10 business days after we issue the refund for your bank to process the credit.
